The General Secretary of the DP, Flamur Noka, has signed an instruction for all branches of the party where he asks them to return to its leadership structures all the members who were part of the parallel structures, referring to the supporters who fled with Lulzim Basha .

Further in the instruction, Noka requests that all political leaders should work for the unification of structures, as well as identify all influential persons in their areas and bring them closer to the Democratic Party.
