The meeting of the investigative commission for concessions in Health was accompanied by strong tensions and clashes.

Plarent Ndreca tried to open the meeting without the presence of the president Vokshi, placing the Guard outside, which was preventing the opposition MPs from entering the hall.

Ndreca addressed Vokshi with insults, calling the opposition MPs "street". Then, it was the other socialist deputy Ilir Metaj who insulted Vokshin saying that he needed an ambulance and medication.
