How can SPAK deal with such a “mundane” issue, when the needs to investigate major issues are screaming? The whole truth is that after an exhaustive investigation, where hundreds of hours were spent by BKH officers and the perpetrators themselves, SPAK managed to discover that Bardh Spahia:

1. He hid the Tirana incinerator. Not only did he hide it, he disguised it as a landfill.

2. As a doctor, not only did Spahia devise, instigate, and conceptualize the sterilization concession, but there are reasonable suspicions that he launched a project to sterilize government voters.

3. As mayor, it has been proven that he has connections with the gangs of Shkodra, especially with the Bajra, to whom he promised the position of the director he dismissed.

4. Bardh Spahia was behind the scenes of the violent demonstration of January 21, organizing everything and even using his own money to finance the "Shkodra people's" trip to Tirana.

5. Bardh Spahia is the customer of the Toyota Yaris and the man who pulled all the strings behind the scenes

6. Bardh Spahia appears in every organized crime conversation on the sky, encro chat, matrix applications.

7. SPAK prosecutors have not yet deciphered a two-word coded message and are seeking the help of their partners for this message. The message is: "Good Nadja"
