Fatal accident in Greece/ Two cars collide, an Albanian dies

A serious road accident occurred in Greece, where a vehicle driven by an Albanian citizen collided with another vehicle that was moving in the opposite direction, driven by a 75-year-old Greek citizen.

The collision was very strong and resulted in the overturning of the vehicle driven by the Albanian. As a result, a 42-year-old passenger who was in this vehicle lost his life at the scene.

In addition to the victim, the accident left five other people injured. Among the injured is the driver of the Albanian vehicle and three Greek passengers who were in the other vehicle. Two of them are in serious condition, while another has suffered minor injuries.

The 75-year-old Greek driver also suffered injuries from the collision and was taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

Fire brigade and medical teams immediately arrived at the scene, which intervened to get the injured out of the damaged vehicles. Investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident are ongoing and are being led by the local police authorities.
