A road accident was recorded this afternoon on the Shkodër-Lezha axis, where two people were injured.

The incident occurred at around 1:45 p.m., when a vehicle, driven by a 61-year-old man with the initials ZC, allegedly lost control and collided with a truck. The truck was driven by a 48-year-old man with the initials MM.

As a result of the collision, the driver of the vehicle ZC and his passenger, the 80-year-old man with the initials Gj.C., were injured. The two injured were immediately transported to the hospital for medical assistance, while their health condition is still unknown.

Police are at the scene and are investigating to determine the causes of the accident. In the meantime, traffic on this road segment was disrupted for several minutes until the situation normalized.
