Diaspora Activist: A female patronage has been chosen as ambassador to Canada

The activist of the Albanian Diaspora, Nador Bakalli, has commented on the appointment of Artemis Malo as ambassador of Albania in Kanda.

Invited to 'Kafe Shqeto' on SYRI TV, Bakalli said that Malo is a character who has taken deeply political positions and who has done patronage activities with the diaspora.

"A lady who is deeply partisan, who comes from the ranks of the SP, currently deputy foreign minister, former MP, has been directly engaged in diaspora patronage. We have organized her meetings with the General Secretary of the SP, in the diaspora.

This makes us feel bad.

That's because Canada has a selection for people. Even we, as an Albanian community, have a number of points that must be fulfilled and they are elected people. Even we, knowing that this community has a certain stature in relation to other communities of the diaspora, we hoped that they would send us someone to some extent, at least for reserved eyes and cheeks.

So a career diplomat, an experienced person who responds to the needs of the community. They send us a man who openly patronizes the SP. This has harassed the community and that's why I made that reaction" , said Bakalli.
