The police of Shkodra arrested a 38-year-old man this Wednesday, while his wife was released.

The 38-year-old is accused of cultivating cannabis.

Official sources from the police informed that the citizen Fred Guri fell behind the bars.

During the operation, in the territory of the village of Qerret, the Police services found and destroyed by burning, 115 suspected narcotic cannabis sativa plants.
