Fredi Beleri, the candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition for the Municipality of Himara, was arrested yesterday evening by order of SPAK.
Beleri is accused of buying and selling votes and his arrest was made while leaving a restaurant on the promenade of Himara.
Beleri was escorted to the premises of DVP Vlorë.
Beler's arrest comes a few days after Prime Minister Rama accused him of trying to Hellenize Himara, calling him ignorant and illiterate.
