Adriatik Llalla's seized apartment turns into a center for young people

The seized apartment of former chief prosecutor Adriatik Llalla has turned into a center for young people.

It is about the apartment in Durrës, which was seized together with 4 pieces of land, in 22 thousand square meters, after the former chief prosecutor was convicted of "concealment of assets" 

The news was announced by the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla.

" The message we give today is that the properties seized by corruption are now available to young people, and not only to the young people of Durrës, who will develop this Center because I see it as a multi-functional center. So in this respect I want to wish the youth of Durrës to enjoy this new lodge" , said Balla.

Llalla, who had fled the country, was arrested in Italy in December 2021.

The former head of the Albanian Prosecutor's Office, Adriatik Llalla, must serve a two-year prison sentence.
