The State Police has provided details about the arrest of Ardian Narkaj, who was injured during the arrest. The Blues suggest the 52-year-old was wanted for 10 years for double homicide.

The police informs that in the place called "Gropat e Vrinit" in Bratosh, Malësi e Madhe, RENEA surrounded the place (cattle stable) where Narkaj was hiding and called on him to surrender.

The latter did not obey the police order, but tried to leave taking advantage of the difficult mountainous terrain. The 52-year-old was armed, the official announcement said.

They have repeatedly called on him to surrender, but he has not obeyed the order. Therefore, RENEA forces, to neutralize him, wounded him. Police suggest that the 52-year-old is in a stable condition at the Trauma Hospital.
