25-year-old arrested in Lushnja, stabbed a person

A 25-year-old man has been arrested after he stabbed a person in Lushnja yesterday evening. Citizen E. Ç. was arrested.

AY, 26 years old, was injured and is in hospital under the care of doctors.

It is suspected that the incident occurred after a conflict over weak motives.

A citizen was seriously injured with a cutting tool (knife) after a conflict for weak motives. Thanks to the immediate intervention of the Police, the 25-year-old was arrested in flagrante delicto.

The services of the Lushnja Police Commissariat, immediately after receiving the notification of a conflict between two citizens, in the "Xhevdet Nepravishta" neighborhood, have organized the work with the aim of clarifying the circumstances of this case.

As a result of rapid operational actions, it was possible to capture and arrest in flagrante delicto the citizen E. Ç., 25 years old, resident of Stan Karbunarë.

From the investigative actions so far, it is suspected that yesterday evening, in the "Xhevdet Nepravishta" neighborhood, Lushnje, after a momentary conflict, for weak motives, the 25-year-old man attacked with a cutting tool (knife) and caused serious injuries to citizen AY, 26 years old, resident of Karbunarë, who is in hospital, under the care of doctors.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Serious Injury" and "Unlicensed Production and Possession of Cold Weapons".
