The husband of former minister Olta Xhaçka, Artan Gaçi, appears in SPAK.

We remind you that yesterday it was the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri, who filed a lawsuit in the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime against the former Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka, her husband Artan Gaçi, as well as ex- to the head of the Municipality of Himara, Jorgo Goro.

In the documents, it is said that Beleri has drawn up a file that, according to him, constitutes a scandal with the illegal use of land in Himar Municipality.

More specifically, it is a question of a land surface of 5512 square meters, benefited in an irregular manner by Foto Pavllo Mëhilli.

" In the AMTP in the name of Foto Pavllo Mehilli, a parcel in the Perivolo area with plot number 36/36/1 with an area of 5512 m2 is divided as land. In the Land Acquisition Act (AMTP) it could not be divided and it was expressly prohibited in reference and meaning of Law 7501 dt 19.07.1991 "On Land", the division of land surfaces. Such a division is absolutely illegal, untrue and one of the proofs that we are in front of a fake AMTP. The Land Commission in the Village at the time, could never dispose of a plot of land, as on the other hand, this surface where AMTP was registered in question in 1994, the moment it was allegedly separated from AMTP, this plot has never been plot of land," the report states.

It is also clarified that Jorgo Goro has signed this decision.

"The Mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, has confirmed by signing the location plan of plot 36/36/1 without taking into account its configuration on the map in relation to the boundaries marked in AMTP and without verifying it in relation to the plot that corresponded to this property on the cadastral map 1:5000 on the basis of which the division of agricultural land was carried out in the cooperative Gjilek-Dhermi. All the illegal actions committed by the Mayor of Himarë, the Vlorë District Council and the former employees of ZVRPP Vlore in cooperation with each other were committed because this property was alienated in favor of third parties and on this property, as was bought, the status of strategic investor was obtained by the citizen Artan Gaçi, former deputy of the Socialist Party and the husband of the Minister of Defense at that time, currently Minister of Foreign Affairs. The heirs of the citizen Foto Mëhilli, alienating an asset derived from a criminal offense such as that of forgery, have also committed the criminal offense of "Cleaning the proceeds of a criminal offense" carried out in cooperation with strategic investors, the citizen Artan Gaçi, etc. Likewise, the citizen Olta Xhaxhka, currently the Minister of Foreign Affairs, with her inaction, by not declaring the conflict of interest, has benefited through the marital regime of property rights and illegal benefits, which according to the law on strategic investors as well as the law on the conflict of interest they do not belong to the interest. This citizen, through strategic investment in a forged property, has benefited from the right to free use of state assets for which ordinary citizens pay tax obligations, etc.- it is said in the lawsuit.
