The Dairy Processing Industry Association and the Dairy Farmers Association have reacted with a statement regarding several milk samples that were found to be contaminated with aflatoxin.
In a joint statement, the associations emphasize that quality control processes are regular and interventions are made immediately if problems are detected.
Also, the two associations emphasize that there is no open case by the National Food Authority (AKU) against any of the companies mentioned in media reports regarding aflatoxin contamination.
