Using the term "autistic", Liri Berisha reacts to Rama: Unimaginable

At the international conference on autism organized by the "Albanian Children Foundation", Liri Berisha commented on Edi Rama's use of the term "autism" as an attack on political opponents.

Berisha described the use of such expressions as unimaginable. She stated that politics has been indifferent to their problems.

"For us who know the pain, know the fatigue, stress, challenges of these families, it is unimaginable to hear such expressions used by politicians. I don't want to discuss it at all. Because this very community, we all know how indifferent they have been to the acute problems and difficult problems of these families," said Liri Berisha.

Among other things, Liri Berisha emphasized the need for policies and programs for the treatment of children with autism. The president of the foundation said that our country still lacks therapy centers for adults with autism.
