Begaj decrees the appointment of the Albanian ambassador to Azerbaijan

President Bajram Begaj decreed today the appointment of Mr. Besart Kadia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Azerbaijan, resident.
Previously, the Head of State released Ms. Blerta Kadzadej only from the office of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Azerbaijan, non-resident, who currently holds the office of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Turkey, resident, as well as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania in the Republic of Azerbaijan, in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in Georgia, in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and in the Republic of Kazakhstan, non-resident.
Also, Begaj decreed the appointment of Mrs. Artemis Malo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania in Canada, resident.
