Sources of Politiko.al indicate that this system called 'Postari' does not work for citizens in the early hours of the morning, creating problems for citizens and institutions that have to work with this system. 

How Postari works 

Albanian Post works with a system of registering envelopes to be sent to different addresses, which is called 'Postari'. 

It works in the same way as the penalty system. For example: when you send a document to the court, the envelope is registered where it will go and in return you get a receipt printed by the system, but this system is down today. Thus, if you have a deadline today, you cannot send it to the court because the Post Office does not work.

Even more worrying is the fact that through this system the votes of the diaspora promised for the 2025 parliamentary elections are also expected to be managed.
