Ismail Zeneli is accused of the criminal offences: "Trafficking of narcotics", in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group; "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group" and "Providing conditions and materials to commit murder", in cooperation in the form of structured criminal group".

Ismail Zeneli, wanted for narcotics trafficking as part of the Breçani group, had the role of orderer and financier for the narcotics they ordered from Latin America. But, as part of this criminal group, Zeneli had the support to get the hack for the murder of his brother, an event that happened in 2013.

In the SPAK file, it is clarified that on 18.05.2013, on "Church Road" in the city of Kent in England, the citizen Xhem Krasniqi of Šiptar nationality was shot with a firearm. Citizen Xhem Krasniqi was wounded in the abdomen and a few days later he died due to his injuries.

From the conversations, it is suspected that the citizen Ismail Zeneli was interested in finding and killing the brothers Albert and Edmond Nela, with the aim of revenge for the murder of his brother Xhem Krasniqi alias Guximtar Sadria, and for the realization of the criminal purpose he contacted the citizen Bujar Ajeti. Citizen Ismail Zeneli has held several meetings with citizen Bujar Ajeti in Albania and has also carried out several actions in order to identify the residence of the Nela brothers. Through the user JTDOFN, he established contact with the police officer Dedan Gjoni, identified as a user of SkyEÇ DMI6CF, with whom he connected contacts and managed to find addresses and vehicles from the State Police systems for the brothers Albert and Edmond Nela.
