The court of Tirana has sentenced to life imprisonment Robert Përpepaj, who shot dead Griselda Gjikolaj, 17 years old at the time. 

It is about the event that happened on December 26, 2018, in the area of ​​Lapraka where Robert Përpepaj shot Griselda Gjikolaj in the head with two bullets. The perpetrator had been systematically harassing the 17-year-old for some time and had become a concern for her. Robert Përpepaj is still wanted by the police.

While, Ronald Muzhaqi, who helped the author, was sentenced to 23 years in prison. Muzhaqi is currently under arrest.

In the event that took place three years ago, Erjon Benga, a friend of Gjikolaj's fiancé, Samir H., was injured 10 days before the crime, the 17-year-old's fiancé and his friend Erjon Benga, had a conflict in Robert with Lapraka Përpepajn. Benga had asked him not to harass Griselda, but Përpepaj had replied that "he is a boy and can harass any girl". In the ongoing debate, Erion Benga had slapped the young man from Tropoja. From that moment, Robert did not become alive, until the evening of December 26, 2018, when the serious crime took place.
