A tragic accident took the life of a 25-year-old motorcycle enthusiast on the Shkodër-Velipoja road on Tuesday morning. The victim, Xhevahir Maksuti, was hit by a vehicle near Bërdica while he was riding his motorcycle.

According to reports, the vehicle that caused the accident was leaving a tire shop when the fatal collision occurred. Maksut was rushed to Shkodra Hospital, but unfortunately did not survive his injuries.

The incident has shocked the young man's friends and family, who have expressed their grief on social media through posts and photos that prove his passion for motorcycles. Photos and videos published on the network show Maksut enjoying his hobby with motorcycles, which unfortunately proved fatal.

Police have launched investigations to clarify the exact circumstances of the accident, while the event has once again raised the alarm about safety on the country's roads.
