GJKKO returns to SPAK the file against doctor Edvin Prifti: It must be completed

The Special Anticorruption Court returned to SPAK the file against doctor Edvin Prifti for completion of investigations.

Judge Elsa Ulliri has given prosecutor Sotir Kllapi a two-month deadline to complete the file and then resubmit the request for it to go to trial.

Journalist Igli Celmeta reports for BalkanËeb that the decision was taken at this Tuesday's session, which lasted more than two hours.

In February of this year, SPAK closed the investigations and sent the file for trial to GJKKO for Edvin Prifti, for whom four charges have been brought, "passive corruption" in 7 cases, "theft committed by abuse of office", "Hiding income" and "money laundering".
