The GJKLKO found the mayor of Rrogozhina, Edison Memolla, guilty of active corruption in the elections.
The GJKKO decided to uphold the claim of SPAK, which a session earlier requested his sentence of 1 year in prison and the removal of the right to exercise public functions for a period of 5 years.
Memolla himself stated that he will appeal the decision.
"We will wait for the decision to be made public, then I will take a stand. I will exercise my right to appeal," he said after leaving the GJKKO , said Memolla.
