They were selling hard drugs at the UNUM festival, two Kosovars and a Frenchman

Three people have been arrested and another is wanted by the police, after they were selling doses of various narcotics in areas frequented by vacationers in Shëngjin, where the UNUM festival was also held.

It was announced that the arrested are: Altin Gashi, Ermal Tahiri and Salim Bouyaiche, while Ardian Gashi has been declared wanted.

Doses of cocaine and cannabis, cannabis in chocolate form, MDMA, ecstasy, hallucinogenic mushrooms, 1 vehicle and 3 cell phones that were suspected of being used for this criminal activity were seized.

"Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section, as a result of intensive investigations conducted under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, to crack down on the criminal activity of selling narcotics, organized and finalized, in cooperation with the Special Operations Force, the police operation codenamed "Camouflage". As a result of the operation:

– Kosovo citizens AG, 21 years old, ET, 28 years old, both residents of Kosovo, and French citizen SB, 43 years old, resident of France, were arrested in flagrante delicto;

-Kosovo citizen AG, 30 years old, resident of Kosovo, was declared wanted.

Investigations suspect that these citizens, in collaboration with each other, were selling doses of various narcotics in the tourist areas of Shëngjin.

During the physical search, doses of narcotics were found on the 3 arrested citizens.

From the examination of the seized mobile phones, communications from these citizens regarding the organization of this criminal activity were found.

"Work continues to capture the wanted citizen and to identify other citizens who may have been involved in this criminal activity," the police statement said.

The procedural materials were passed to the Lezha Prosecution Office, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in collaboration.
