The Supreme Court dismisses Berisha's appeal, lawyer Gjokutaj: State coup

The Supreme Court has overturned the appeal of the head of the DP, Sali Berisha, who requested from this court, the lifting of the ban to participate in the parliamentary sessions, while he is under house arrest with the decision of the GJKKO, from December 30, 2023, regarding with SPAK's investigation into the privatization of the former Partizani club.
