The Tirana court cleared the way for extradition, says Dritan Goxhaj's father: He is proud, he did not commit a crime
Former general Dilaver Goxhaj, the father of Dritan Goxhaj, has spoken for the first time as the Tirana Court cleared the way for the extradition of the former KLA fighter.
Invited to Euronews Albania, Goxhaj confessed that his son is calm in the prison premises as he is proud of his participation in the war in Kosovo.
Goxhaj says that Dirtani is convinced that he will not be extradited and that Albanian justice will be democratic.
"Dritani is calm because he is proud to have participated in two Albanian wars in the Balkans out of three wars that have been fought. He has not committed any kind of crime, he is punished simply for free speech and he is not worried at all. He is very well and convinced that he does not have to extradite them. Convinced that Albanian justice will be democratic justice" , he said.
