Journalist Artan Hoxha, while commenting on a recent report by the Guardia di Finanza on areas planted with cannabis in Albania, showed the area where the drug is being cultivated in an alarming way.

Invited to "Kjo Javë" on News24, Hoxha said that in Shkodër an increase in the cultivation of cannabis has been noticed.

"The quantities eliminated this year show that there has been a significant increase in the cultivation of cannabis in Albania, especially in the district of Shkodra to a frightening extent. Historically, in the pre-election years, the amount of cannabis has increased. Planting has also increased due to the increase of the price and the increase of tourists in the country ", said Hoxha.
