Corruption with tenders in the police, Plarent Ndreca returns to SPAK

Socialist MP Plarent Ndreca returned to SPAK this Thursday for the corruption file with tenders in the Police.

Ndreca has been a defendant in the SPAK since October 25, 2024, while he is facing charges of "violation of equality in tenders" for legal deviations in the competition for intervention in the Vlora, Mirdita, Pogradec and No. 4 Police Stations in Tirana when he held the position of Secretary General at the Ministry of Interior.

The initial report was made by the Supreme State Audit Office, which identified inconsistencies and legal deviations in the procurement procedures for the reconstruction of police stations in Vlora, Mirditë, Pogradec and Police Station No. 4 in Tirana.
