Kryemadhi opposes SPAK's investigation into the seizure of some material evidence

The MP of the Freedom Party, Monika Kryemadhi, contested in court the decisions of the SPAK regarding the seizure of some material evidence.
Today, the Special Court examined an appeal made by Monika Kryemadhi with the object of sequestration removal, but decided not to accept it.
" It turns out that a request has been submitted with the object of removing the seizure. Since these are requests in the preliminary investigation phase, no other details can be given as the hearing is behind closed doors", announced the court.
We remind you that SPAK has been conducting investigations for some time after a report received by lawyer Idajet Beqiri, regarding the expenses incurred by Monika Kryemadhi for some aesthetic interventions abroad, the payments of which have not been declared.
