SMI coalition with Berisha? Braimllari: We support any candidacy that is a real

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha stated on Thursday that he is in talks with the chairwoman of the SMI , Monika Kryemadhi, for a possible coalition for the March 6 elections.

The Secretary General of the SMI, Endrit Braimllari in an interview for Ora News, left open the possibilities of the coalition, saying that we will support any candidacy that is against the regime and that represents a real opposition.

"We will look at the situation based on the municipality because the interest is local. One thing is for sure that Lulzim Basha and Edi Rama are guilty for this situation because they could not lead the country in this situation. If we had a responsible opposition leader there could be a registration of his party on October 13 when we had the decree in the local elections. We could have had another result. Necessary surveys are being conducted. We will support any candidacy which is at war with the regime and is a real opposition. I call the real opposition what fights the regime. "After April 25, it has been proven that Basha is in a direct relationship with Rama", said Braimllari.

A few days ago, the Socialist Movement for Integration sent to the CEC the request to participate in the local by-elections of March 6, which will be held in 6 municipalities of the country: Shkodra, Durres, Vora, Dibra, Lushnja and Rrogozhina.
