On Albania's Independence Day, the citizens of Lezha have chosen to protest against the Rama-Meloni agreement for refugee camps.
Activists of the civil society and citizens, marched from the memorial of Skënderbeu towards the center of the city. They have stated that they will not stop the protests until the agreement is cancelled.
Dressed in red and black flags and with a banner reading "Refugee Camp People", the protesters left the Gjergj Kastrioti memorial and marched through the streets of the city.
The protesters say that they will be in the square until the agreement that returns Lezha to the camp is cancelled.
