Tomorrow the EU-Western Balkans summit will be held in Tirana, Kosovo is missing

After the Summit for Ukraine, Tirana will welcome the summit of the Western Balkans with the European Union tomorrow.

But what stands out is the fact that while in today's summit where Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski also participated, Kosovo was represented by President Vjosa Osmani, in Thursday's summit none of the leaders of the official Pristina will come to Tirana.

Another absence is that of the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, as Brussels seems to have chosen to be represented by the Commissioner for Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi.

Meanwhile, for the first time as Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Talat Xhaferi will be part of an important summit.
