The Mayor of Devolli, Eduard Duro, has appeared at the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Duro was charged by SPAK, after licensing a fuel built without permission.

Duro himself, after being charged, has stated that he has signed everything required by law and that it is a "duty fulfilled" by a mayor.

"The tax department has given authorization for the sale of fuel within and in accordance with the law.
