The issue of data and interceptions obtained from communications on Sky Ecc and Enchro Chat, has been sent to the Constitutional Court.

The defendants' lawyers are seeking the deposition as evidence in the trial.

It will be the Constitutional Court that will decide whether the interceptions received by 'Sky' will be used as evidence in SPAK's investigations against individuals or criminal groups that have used this communication platform.

Pëllumb Gjoka, the businessman who fell into handcuffs after the disclosure of communications in 'Sky', has asked for evidence from Belgium and France. The lawsuit has moved from the consultation room to public hearings.
