Rama's proposal for the president of SHISH, Lubonja: Dangerous move, can be

Analyst Fatos Lubonja spoke about the developments in Albania during a direct communication in the "Opinion" column on News24.

He spoke about the Prime Minister's proposal for Vlora Hysen to be in charge of SHISH as he said that Rama has a behavior similar to the communist dictator Enver Hoxha.

"Rama has the strongest ties with Kosovo through other leaders, not Kurt. I have seen that her figure has been contested for the appointment in SHISH. It draws my attention to the purpose of these appointments, if we look at Rama's collaborations, we notice a behavior that reminds Enver Hoxha, who, the longer he stayed in power, removed the old ones who know him and appointed new ones. Rama has eliminated the figures who were in the SP before him and installed subordinate figures. The psychological problem of dictators in their minds is not trusting the people around them and they want people as safe as possible nearby", said Lubonja.

Lubonja added that we are dealing with an institution that can be misused and is therefore dangerous, while he also said that Rama takes the Kosovar Albanians close to him as they do not know him as well as those closest to him.

"This removes men and installs women, this is significant. When he became the minister of culture, he chose 7 men as advisers, among them me, and I told him to appoint a woman, and he said yes, where are there women here. This was Rama who thought like an average Albanian of the time and thought that women had no mouth. Albania is not compared to Italy, we had this problem. I don't know if there is a woman among these who decided Rama and who spoke against him, the men also submitted but there were some who spoke. We are dealing with an institution that can be misused and is therefore dangerous. He doesn't feel so good with the Albanians because they know Albanian, but he takes Kosovars because they are further away and don't know it as well as we do," he said.

Lubonja also touched on the situation of the Kosovo-Serbia talks, as he declared that both sides have their own agendas, but Serbian President Vučić has three, as he tries to play the one of relations with other countries in addition to the nationalist and European agenda. like Russia or China.

According to him, the agreement is a "softening" for Serbia, while he said that both sides are playing with the EU, while they themselves use it for their policies against Russia, there is theater from all sides.
