A doctor and a nurse have been placed under investigation by Elbasan police after offering cardiology services in a private clinic.
The clinic, which was located in the "Haxhias" neighborhood, was unregistered according to the rules.
Due to the practice of illegal activity, the doctor and the nurse are being investigated at large.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office in Elbasan for further actions.
