Four people have been declared wanted, while a fifth has been criminally prosecuted in a free state, after they had a fight

Meanwhile, some police officers present at the scene are also being investigated.

Efforts are being made to arrest 4 of them, while the procedure has started for the other citizen who is at large.

The Kuka Police Station identified and declared wanted, for the criminal offense "Other intentional damage", citizens QM, 29 years old, IM, 30 years old, UE, 46 years old and AE, 48 years old. Also, for the same criminal offense, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the EE citizen, 40 years old, all residents of the Kukës district.

Meanwhile, the Directorate of Professional Standards in the State Police has started disciplinary proceedings for the specialist of the Public Order Section of the Kuka Police Station, Deputy Commissioner AE, and for the officers of the General Patrol of the Kuka Police Station, Inspector GT and Inspector GM, for violating the point 1 of Article 209 of the State Police regulation, specifically: "The employee is responsible for a serious violation of the attributes/competencies of the Police, if, without any compelling reason, he does not fulfill or fails to fulfill certain duties and responsibilities, which have caused serious consequences in the performance of duties."

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Kuka.
