Accident on duty, Gledis Nano and Rebani Jaupi visit the police

The General Director of the State Police Gledis Nano, accompanied by the Director of the Department for Public Safety Rebani Jaupi, together with the General Director of the National Medical Emergency Center Skënder Brata, visited at the Military Hospital in Tirana, the DVP Traffic Police officer Dibër, inspector Selami Lusha, who during the service with the Traffic Police vehicle was involved in a road accident with another vehicle, on the road axis Bulqiza-Shupenzë, and as a result was seriously injured.

Director Nano wished a speedy recovery to Police Officer Selami Lusha. During the conversation with the family of the police officer, Director Nano offered them support for every need and through Mr. Brataj, he was interested in offering to the police officer, but also the other injured in the accident, the citizen ZM, all the help of necessary medical.

Mr. Brataj assured Director Nano that both patients will have maximum medical assistance, emphasizing that both patients are no longer in danger of death.

At the same time, the General Director Gledis Nano also visited the driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident, the citizen ZM, to whom he wished a speedy recovery. During the conversation with the family members, the General Director emphasized that it is important that they saved their lives. He also stressed that they should be calm regarding the actions that the investigative group is carrying out, as there will be no bias in conducting the expertise, to determine the guilt of the accident.

From the first moments of the accident, the General Director of the State Police Gledis Nano was interested in sending the helicopter to transport the police officer who was in the worst condition, as the driver of the other vehicle that was in the best condition is transported to Tirana by ambulance.
