He was arrested for election corruption, SPAK "handcuffs" the Cadastre

The Special Court has ordered the measure of "arrest in prison" for Cadastre specialist Dritan Stoka. Stoka was arrested for election corruption.

According to SPAK, he promised citizens, mainly in the Sauk area, legalization of housing in exchange for votes. It is also learned that the security measure for the former mayor of the new neighborhood in Sauk, Agim Osmanin, has changed from "house arrest" to "compulsion to appear".

Even for the former Cadastre lawyer Alqi Hajdin, the court changed the security measure, from "house arrest" to "compulsion to appear". As for Ylli Barutin, there was no change of measure and the investigations will continue in a free state.

Charges:

Dritan Stoka, 46 years old, resident in Tirana, with security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Threatening due to duty";

Agim Osma, 62 years old, resident in Tirana, with security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Threatening due to duty";

Alqi Hajdini, 47 years old, resident in Tirana, under "House Arrest" security measure, for the criminal offense "Assaults due to duty";

Ylli Baruti, 47 years old, resident in Tirana, with security measure "Compulsion to appear", for the criminal offense "Manufacture of combat weapons".
