Safet Bajri, who was left in prison for the murder of Fatbardh Liçi, has appealed the decision taken by the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime registered criminal case no. 20 act, dated March 13, 2025, where the appeals of the appellants SR, AB, and BB will be reviewed, respectively in relation to decisions no. 12, dated February 17, 2025, and no. 22, dated February 24, 2025 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, which are related to personal security measures against the accused.

Safet Bajri's appeal is expected to be further reviewed by the court in a future session, while investigations continue to fully clarify the details of the event that has shocked public opinion.
