Activist Edlira Çepani is optimistic that if change comes to Albania, it will come through the vote of the Diaspora.

Speaking as a panelist in one of the "BBC World Questions" panel held recently in Tirana, the activist said that this can happen as those who live in the diaspora are really connected to the country and want to return to invest in the country and to further contribute to the country.

"Let's see how it will go, since it's the first time we're trying it, but I've always said it not only by voting but also by investing in Albania. I think that if a change comes to Albania, it will come from the diaspora because our people who are in the diaspora they are really attached to the country like some other countries and nationalities and they really have their eyes on their country and want to come back to invest in the country and contribute further to the country.

So I think it is very important and I think that the vote of the diaspora is the best example that if you strongly defend something, it happens when a couple of years ago some movements started that send the right to the vote of the diaspora to the Constitutional Court ", said Edlira Chepani.
