The investigative group was able to open the footage from several security cameras in Shkodër, where three people lost their lives among them and an innocent citizen on the road, clarifying the route of the car in which the two victims Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were driving.

Around 3 o'clock in the afternoon on October 30, the S Class vehicle, with Croatian license plates, was moving in the Zdrale neighborhood, near the "Loro Borici" stadium, while it then headed to the Rus Maxhar neighborhood. The car of Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati took the roundabout at the place called Ura e Maxharri, continued on Tuzi street, to get to the roundabout "5 Heronjt e Vigut".

This road runs parallel to the "Dobraç" neighborhood, while the perpetrators' Range Rover vehicle, according to the investigations so far, followed them for several kilometers. The perpetrators approached the victims, about two kilometers after crossing the "Maxharri Bridge".

After committing the assassination in Dobrač, the Range Rover of the perpetrators headed to the roundabout 5 Heronjt e Vigu and then lost its tracks through the alleys of the village of Golem, where it was found burnt. Meanwhile, the police suspect that there was a third person in the victim's car, who escaped the bullets.

The images show that this person, dressed in black, was seen helping Hamza Lici, who was lying on the ground, while another image shows him with blood on his face and hands.
