The Court of Appeal in Tirana has rejected Mario Përlleshaj's request for a change of security measure. The 14-year-old, who is in the Kavaja institution, had submitted today through his lawyer the request for a more lenient security measure.
This is the second time that Përlleshaj has objected to the measure of "prison arrest", as his request was also rejected by the Appeals Court in December.
He is accused of the murder of Martin Cani on November 18, an event that occurred near the "Fan Noli" school in the capital, where Luis Meçja was also injured.
