A plot of cannabis is discovered, the 60-year-old man is arrested in Fushë

Citizen Rexhep Xhepi, 60 years old, resident of Halil, Fushë Kruje, was arrested by the police of Kruje, for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", provided for by article 284 of the Criminal Code.

The Krujë Police Station, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, following the work to prevent the cultivation of narcotic plants, in implementation of the measures defined in the "Clean Territory" operational plan, has finalized police operation codenamed "Plant 4". 

As a result, citizen R. Xh., 60 years old, resident of Halil, Fushë Krujë, was arrested for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", provided for by Article 284 of the Criminal Code.

During the controls in the place called "Fusha e Mejdani", a plot with 4 premises adapted for cultivation was found, where 80 suspected narcotic cannabis plants were found, suspected to be cultivated by the citizen R. Xh.

A part of the plants was seized as material evidence, while the rest was destroyed by burning.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office.
