The Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçl, spoke from the place where the explosion occurred in the Ibër-Lepenc canal in the North of Kosovo. He told the media that according to experts, about 15 kilograms of explosives were used.

The minister has called the act terrorist, where a part of the Ibër-Lepenci canal was seriously damaged, Telegrafi reports.

"A part of the Ibër-Lepenci canal was seriously damaged, it is not yet known exactly about the explosives, but according to police experts, there is talk of about 15 kg of explosives ," he said. 

Sveçla said that the purpose of this attack is to destabilize the country.

Therefore, the USA, EU and EULEX also reacted to the act in the Ibër - Lepenc canal, demanding that the perpetrators of this act be caught and brought to justice.
