Kukësi votes today for the new mayor, after the dismissal and arrest of Safet Gjici, who was involved in a sexual scandal with Alma Kaçi.

Politiko.al has conducted a survey: "Who do you think will win the partial elections in the Municipality of Kukës on September 24?".

Based on the survey data, 79% voted for the candidate of the opposition coalition "Bashke Fitomje", Emri Vata, while 21% said that the socialist candidate, Albert Halilaj, won the elections.

Voting centers are open from 07:00 and will close at 19:00. Both candidates voted and called on citizens to participate en masse in the vote.
