Commission for Health starts work/ Vokshi: Majority has violated the laws 4

The chairperson of the investigative commission for Health, Albana Vokshi, said that members of the majority violated the regulation four times by boycotting the meetings, adding that it is stipulated in the law that they should be replaced by deputies who have the will.

"1/3 of the commission can call a mandatory meeting at any time. You violated the law and regulation 4 times. The law states that if members are absent more than three times, they must be replaced by deputies who have the will. I am extending a hand of cooperation to have a regular meeting today. Citizens expect a lot from us. They expect impartial investigation and transparency" , she said.

In response, the vice-president Plarent Ndreca said that the majority not only did not boycott this commission, but according to him they worked on a detailed Investigation Plan.

"I'm very sorry that you start with political statements. The majority has not boycotted this commission. Meeting calls cannot be unilateral. Not only have we not boycotted, but we have worked intensively with an Investigative Plan, what you you haven't done it for years. Let's start the whole meeting by first approving the agenda and then continue with the other items" , declared Ndreca.
