Noizy's lawyer: I believe we will have a verdict within the week

A few days ago, the well-known rapper Noizy was arrested for the fight that happened in Peja with the well-known tiktok artist, Med Iseni.

Noizy is currently being held in custody for the offense of grievous bodily harm, along with Dj Crax also involved in the incident.

Meanwhile, his lawyer Besnik Berisha, in an interview with the media in Kosovo, commented on the situation and talked about the rapper's emotional state.

" The case has been brought to the court of Durrës, I believe we will have a verdict within the week. There is no tendency neither from Noizy nor from me to hinder the process started in Kosovo, we are even trying to shed light on everything that happened that night.

There is no intention because there is no finger in the injury, and this will prove to be only a slight bodily injury to at least one person. There are witnesses with whom I contacted and through whom I learned about the circumstances of the case. "Noizy is a victim of this process, he is not involved,"  said Berisha.

Also asked about the emotional state of the rapper and how he is experiencing this situation, he said that he is fine not because he feels good in the environment he is currently in, but because he is clean of the accusations that have been made against him.

" Detention is not a holiday home. It is a matter where every detainee is subject to a house rule. Noizy is good, not because he feels good about where he is, but because he feels good about what he didn't do and he feels good about being clean of the charges against him.

But, I hope and believe that the Court in Albania has sufficient and ample reasons for his personality, his character, his connection with the country, his profession, his name and reputation to take a decision that will have to leave Noizy at liberty pending further decisions to be made ."
