They say that beauty is relative, but this does not apply in the scientific aspect. There is a fairly definite scientific calculation that describes the most 'physically perfect' human beings. Based on this, the most beautiful woman in the world, according to the Phi Golden Beauty Report, is actually Jodie Comer. Just look at the "Killing Eve" actress, 29, to understand that she was 94.52% correct in calculating physical perfection.

According to the report, Comer's eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, chin, jaw and face shape came closest to ideal measurements with a score of 98.7% – just 1.3% away from being the perfect shape. It's no surprise that she took first place, but she was up against stiff competition with Zendaya, Bella Hadid and Beyoncé all matching the bill and coming close to a perfect score.

The list of these scientifically beautiful women was created using computer-aided mapping techniques by facial cosmetic surgeon Dr Julian De Silva, who directs the Center for Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery. The 'Harley Street' doctor said of the winner:

"Zendaya was a close second and easily topped the results for lips with a score of 99.5% and her forehead at 98%. Bella Hadid was third, achieving the highest score for the position of her eyes and chin. Beyoncé was fourth, scoring the highest marks for her face shape (99.6%) and receiving very high scores for her eyes, brow area and lips."

The Golden Ratio was a mathematical equation created by the Greeks in an attempt to measure beauty. The idea behind the equation is that the closer a face or body's ratios are to the number 1.618 (Phi), the more beautiful they become.
