WhatsApp is recently adding its newest feature “Message Yourself” to the app users worldwide. The app will now allow you to text yourself to save messages. According to a report from 'TechCrunch', the Meta-owned messaging app has started rolling out the new feature.

The "Message Yourself" feature will be similar to sending a text to another user, only the message will remain in a separate conversation on your phone. Once the feature is released, users will see a separate chat with their name followed by (You).

WhatsApp says the 'Message Yourself' feature should reach most Android and iOS users in the coming weeks, according to the report. Users can download the latest version of the app on Android and iOS to use the new feature. Recall that Cybernews recently investigated a sample of data available for sale that contained updated mobile phone numbers of nearly 500 million WhatsApp users. On November 16, a person posted an ad on a popular hacking community forum, claiming that they were selling a 2022 database of 487 million mobile numbers of WhatsApp users. The data is supposed to contain data of WhatsApp users from 84 countries, among them is Albania.
