You have probably been waiting for the new changes in WhatsApp for a long time
WhatsApp will now offer you the ability to hide your "last seen" status from specific contacts, as well as the ability to leave a group without notifying other users.
Last December, WhatsApp started hiding users' online status from people who aren't part of their contacts by default. However, it still allows your entire contact list to see if you're online. The next WhatsApp update is supposed to fix this, as it will let you choose which contacts can see your status. So if you don't want someone to know you're ignoring their message, change the settings for that user.
WhatsApp is also rolling out another feature that will allow you to silently leave groups. Right now, the app notifies every user in the group of your departure. The new feature allows you to leave a group without sending a notification to any group members.
WhatsApp says it is also working to block users from taking screenshots of messages that can only be viewed once. Adding a way to block screenshots can help prevent users from saving or sharing sensitive information with others. This feature is still in testing, but WhatsApp says it will start enabling it soon.
