Pete Davidson dreams of becoming a father, is this a message for Kim Kardashian?

Pete Davidson is about to become a father. The comedian admitted in a new interview with Kevin Hart that he dreams of becoming a father.

"I'm definitely a family guy. My favorite thing ever that I haven't gotten to yet is I want to have a baby,” Davidson said Tuesday.

"It's my wildest dream," added Kim Kardashian's 28-year-old boyfriend.

When Davidson began to justify his desires by calling it "super weird", Hart jumped in saying "it's not too weird, it's the best thing you can do in life".

To be sure, Davidson continued, saying that he thinks fatherhood would be "just so much fun" and uses it as a way to improve himself.

“I'm really excited about that chapter, so it's something I'm preparing for right now. Just trying to be like a good guy, and develop and get better, so that when it happens it's just easier."

The two comedians also spoke about how their experiences with childhood trauma at a young age shaped their life's outcome, often using comedy as a form of therapy.

"I tell my friends that all the time, I think if everything was good, if my childhood was good, I'd probably be a construction worker in Staten Island, " Davidson joked. "I'd be like the happiest guy ever, but this weird thing he does to you made me love comedy."

Davidson lost his firefighter father in the 9/11 terrorist attack when he was just 7 years old. He has been open about suffering from depression and attempted suicide when he was 9 years old. Although the "SNL" alum's love for comedy stemmed from a point of pain, she also introduced it to girlfriend, Kim Kardashian.

The pair have been dating since she hosted the comedy show SNL in October 2021. While the pair are in no rush to have a child of their own, their hot romance could speed up the process.
